orang gila yang entah gimana caranya bisa naik ke tiang listrik.. dan tiang listrik itu tepat berada di depan POLSEK ENAROTALI... !!! sekitar 2 jam beliau berada di atas tiang listrik itu sambil berceramah tentang korupsi di pemda, ketidakadilan kehidupan, dan tentang berbagai masalah keluarganya... so, where were you?

Kabupaten Paniai berada di daerah pegunungan tengah Papua yang terletak pada 136019’ Bujur Timur dan 03056’ Lintang Selatan. Kabupaten ini memiliki luas 18.104,63 km2 dengan ibukota di Enarotali yang terletak pada ketinggian ± 1700 diatas permukaan laut.
Kabupaten yang berbatasan dengan kabupaten Nabire disebelah utara dan sebelah barat serta dengan Kabupaten Puncak Jaya di sebelah timur dan berbatasan dengan kabupaten Fak-Fak di sebelah selatan ini merupakan daerah yang sebagian besar berupa wilayah pegunungan, dengan 3 danau yang berada di dalamnya.
Sejak akhir tahun 2004, kabupaten Paniai mekar menjadi 21 distrik dari jumlah distrik semula yaitu 9 distrik. Tahun ini Kabupaten Paniai dimekarkan menjadi 3 Kabupaten yaitu Kabupaten Paniai, Kabupaten Deiyai dan Kabupaten Intan Jaya
dan disini lah saya menikmati kehidupan selama kurang lebih 5 tahun terakhir.. (busyet.. dah 5 tahun yak... g kerasa..)

Siriwo, salah satu distrik paling terpencil di Kabupaten Paniai Propinsi Papua. Untuk mencapai Ibukota Distrik Siriwo tidak ada jalur transportasi pesawat reguler, harus dengan charter dengan biaya 30 juta rupiah p.p. penduduk Distrik Siriwo biasanya berjalan kaki selama 1 minggu untuk menuju Enarotali (Ibukota Kabupaten Paniai) atau ke kota terdekat lainya yaitu Nabire.
